Hazy pale amber with film of white that sheets. 3.75
Cheese rind and wheat crackers plus lots of lacto. 3.75
Thread of saltines, big cheesy hit, some rye spice, lemon verbena and white pepper, touch of sourdough, and a whack of grass. 4.25
Humming clove and mint linger. 4
Warrior, Azacca
Rye, saison yeast, and sour in delicate balance. Super clean ending. I’d have said that mixed ferm plus rye was one too many tricks, so some serious technical chops to pull this off. Curious about Bacchus now. 4.25
