This is a nice pale lager from Peter B's in Monterey, which I had on tap at the adjacent restaurant in the same hotel facility, Portola.
It is gold with a medium, creamy white head slowly shrinking to a foamy ring & wisps, some nice lace. It's good looking.
Aroma is nice grain, apple, light herb, hint of grass.
Taste is light but good, balanced characterful pale lager - grain with some cracker in finish, light apple, grass, hints of harb. It has light sweetness and bitterness. Although not outstanding, it is a very good, solid example of a pale lager, refreshing and crisp yet somewhat characterful as well.
