On tap at Cardinal Pub Bar, Stavanger. Dark ruby colour, low off-white to beige head. Lovely and unusual aroma of Ferrero Mon Cherie cherry chocolates, cherry kernels, almonds and marzipan, some lactic acid. Flavour of sour cherries and lactic acid, maybe a tad too much of the latter.

Had this on draft at Spacebar and got a minigrowler at the 16th St Albertsons for $6... Not bad at all.. Pours hazy red with a pinkish head that drops back as quickly as it appeared. Cherry and tart lacto notes... Not exactly clean, but not terrible... Background dark malt adds an unnecessary cocoa element.. Elements I associate with sweet cherries and tart cherries, but leans more toward sweet cherries like Bing. Good drinkability.. Pretty happy with this one.. Not the best cherry sour ever made, but certainly respectable.
