From a large bottle into a small Hite drinking glass at Old Village Korean Restaurant (or whatever it's called now) on Aurora Avenue, Seattle.
Pours a pale clear yellow with a 1-finger white head, moderate carb.
Aroma is faint floral hops and grainy malt.
Taste is surprisingly floral and clean, with some Kölsch-like qualities. Some grainy pale malt too. I haven't had a lager in a while but this isn't bad, nowhere as bad as other reviews indicate. If anything it's just watery and boring.
Mouthfeel is pretty watery and thin, as would be expected from a 4.5% adjunct lager.
Overall just an average AAL, after a long day of housework it went well with the bulgoki pot and pajeon.

330ml bottle from Oriental Market, Nottingham (£2):
Light & clear straw wirh a lot of bubbles through the body & a 2cm, bubbly white head. Pretty sweet tasting, lots of corn wirh faint citrus & grassy touches - definitely a thin body too with alright carbonation. Basic, drinkable - not much else to say.

Think about it for a few seconds. This is a rice based brew and not expected to be an unforgettable beer experience anyway. It's a beer. It's brewed in South Korea and above it all, it tastes good. And besides all that, my wife is Korean and she likes it.

Golden colour, clear. White head, medium height, short-lived, made up of medium-sized bubbles, does not leave too much "decoration".
Malty aroma, slightly sour, may be associated with sourdough bread.
Taste: similar to the aroma, with a delicate sourness and slightly more pronounced bitterness.
Medium carbonation. Medium body. Very smooth, soft texture. Medium-long, not very intense, bitter aftertaste.

Estery apple pear fruitiness, light clean nutty rice. Dry, crisp, clean, great with spicy noodles and Korean BBQ. Huge soufflé head and sudsy lacing. All around good and serviceable for an industrial lager.

33 cl bottle straight up, with a Korean noodle bowl and a sushi roll at Kong Bap, Toulouse, France.
To the point, it rinses spicy food really well with its sweet yet refreshing flavor. But I’d not have a reason to drink it otherwise. It does what it’s supposed to do, in a supporting role. Korea’s Budweiser.,.
