A golden colored brew topped in a bunch of white foam that will leave a trail all over your glass. Sweet fruits as well as floral hops and citrus make for a great whiffer for your nose.

This one was definitely the highlight for me. It is very smooth, and has a lot of body. The flavor is outstanding. Sweet fruits followed by a nice floral touch. They come together, and you then pick up some maltiness. Very well arranged and definitely a very drinkable brew.

Light, orange-tinted yellow body. Creamy eggshell head with some ability to stick. Fruity nose that I can’t put my finger on: papaya maybe? Good carbonation, creamy cap is mirrored in the mouth. Fruity malt body, but not in a way that would be distracting like in Heavyweight’s Two Druids. Some mild breadiness, pepper, and alcohol warmth, along with a flavor that I can only describe as something similar to warm milk lingering far in the background. A slight sourness and a tiny bit of hops bitterness cuts the finish short, and only that mysterious fruit lingers on. I really liked the beer, but as Davo said, not as a saison. I’m not quite sure what to call it other than tasty. It went very well with their grilled quail and goat cheese special appetizer.
