Good and solid ESB. Poured with a nice head. Doesn't stay all that long, but lacing does.

Smells like a brewery tour.

Hops are floral. It says so on the website currently, but I concur. Nice amount of bitterness. The biscuity notes are not as strong as I like for this style. But that's usually what separates the good ESBs from the great ones. Caramel and diacetyl (within appropriate levels for the style) are present.

Dry. Finishes well. This one would be a very good complement for various foods.

Edit: Just had a second glass. It is showing more of the aforementioned biscuity notes.

p.s. I'm not sure how often this is released.

Off-topic: "William Tell" would be a good name for a hard cider.
