I had this tonight on tap at the brewery.
This saison is an intersting mix of citrus and peppery qualities. The pepper wasn't over the top, but the mix was weird.
The bouquet was pretty good.
I had this with their spring rolls. The pairing went well.

First had: on tap at the Garden State Craft Brewers Guild 15th Annual Beer Festival, USS New Jersey, Camden, NJ
Poured a bronzed yellow with a moderate white head that fizzled out after a moment. Smooth, yeasty aroma, some citrus tones noticeable. Sweet malts in the taste, biscuity, grassy, not too much farmhouse funk, citrus zest, and a touch of sugar sweetness. Light mouthfeel, pretty crisp and juicy, and quite drinkable in the end.
