William Tell Ale. I could only find William Tell ESB listed here on BA and this is obviously not an ESB. This beer is named after the legendary Swiss Patriot of the 14th century. Made with green apple puree, Ginger Gold apples, cinnamon and star anise for a refreshingly tart, slightly sweet, fresh apple, spiced nose. 5.6% abv
