A solidly flavoured beer both in terms of malt and hops. More evident malt and hop flavors than in a special or best bitter.

This was served too cold in my opinion, so I waited until it warmed up a bit... The server said that it was an English style pale ale, but I found the hop profile more in line with that of an American pale ale.

Aroma: Pine, citrus... grapefruit, grass, floral hops.

Looks: Average sized head. Leaves some good lace. Poor head retention. Light copper/amber in colour.

Taste: Pine, grass, grapefruit, orange peel. Not much in the malt department though. A bit dry, with a nice hoppy finish.

Mouthfeel: On the lighter side of medium bodied. Average carbonation.

Overall, it was a good brew, and one that I would order again.

Had this one at the Pepperwood on my last visit over the weekend, and found this to be quite a nice one.

This looks fairly standard as a pale ale goes, nice head and little lacing. Smell is very fresh, with abundant malt. Flavor reflects this as well, Very fresh malt and hop flavors, Carbonation is a little subtle but still good.

I found this to be very refreshing and quite a tasty brew. Recommended.

Hoppy floral aroma. One of their better offerings. On thin watery side. Lace though nothing special in appearance. Dry hoppy finish. Decent use of hops. Crisp. Carbonation is suitable. On bitter side, but attempt at balance. Better than average Ontario brew.
