Interesting take from an experienced brewmaster. Light yellow and lots of carbonation bubbles. Aggressively carbonated, malty, with juniper flavour and a drying finish. Some epsom salt taste. Some hop bitterness in there. Mostly like a rye beer.Medium bodied. Quaffable.
