A cloudy yellow with moderate white head that continues down the glass as lace. Aroma is malty, and then cheesy as it warmed. Medium, even creamy mouthfeel, a drop below average as it warmed. Malt flavour, satisfying up to a couple of swallows. Then a blank space in the finish. A half pint was drinkable, but that's all. A decent lager.
