Pours a slightly fogged and lighter amber. Nose is almost like a honey wheat? Flavor is hard to quantify. It's almost like green grapes. Maybe a slight touch of melon on there. Definitely ambiguous. Feel has a bite on the carbonation and the liquid is well bodied. A nice smooth drinker that would go well against spicy or sweet BBQ. Even carries some mild wine like qualities.

On tap at the ginger man, i believe this ale was made for the fette sau a bbq restaurant in brooklyn.
Poured a hazy orangish color, with a small 1 finger head, which slowly faded.
Aroma was a nice maltiness, passionfruit, tropical fruits, some mustiness from the oak and the Sauvignon Blanc Yeast, very nice smell.
Taste was malt, the passionfruit really came out, and the mustiness from the oak was present.
A very nice offering from the greenpoint brewery. I hope im able to get this in the future. Very refreshing for the hot weather.
