I had this served on-draft at The Bishop`s Arms on Soderholm, poured into a snifter.
Appearance is a slightly murky yellow tone with a thin white white. This farmhouse beer has a nose of malts, apple and some spice. It has taste that comes through with citrus, ginger, yeast. Not as earthy as I prefer my saisons to be. Mouthfeel is medium, some pepper lingers. A pretty good beer, that was interesting to try out while traveling.

The colour is pale gold, the liquid clear. The high white head sinks slowly leaving some lacing.
The smell is dry with some Belgian yeasty-phenolic flavours. Herbs and orange peels. Some tart notes. Overall, I think the smell is fresh.
The taste starts off with a distinct orange flavour, both juice and peels. Herbs. It is quite light and fresh. Medium body. The aftertaste is smooth with a light bitterness and distinct notes of orange juice. The finish got herbal notes and a long lasting blend of oranges and hops.
The carbonation is medium strong, the bubbles light. The liquid is light and a bit dry.
A bit too much of orange flavours in this one, it dominate the other fine herbal and hoppy flavours, making it a bit one-sided.

A: Pours warm amber with lots of small particles in the liquid, otherwise clear. The head is white (or perhaps off-white) and thick, stays for a while and leaves great lacings.
S: Dry, but still sweet malt balanced with lots of fruit from the floral hops; green as well as red apples, oranges and lemons. Then there's yeast and spices. I wonder if this is a Saison or a Biere de Garde, either way - this smells great!
T: Sweet malt up front, then there's loads of yeast and spices; basil, cumin asnd lemngrass. Fruit galore! - apples, oranges, lemons and some bananas in the back.
M: Aftertaste is longer and more bitter than most Saisons, but man, this is nice. Body is light and refreshing while carbonation is milder than usually.
O: I don't care; this would have been rated the same if it had been classified as a Biere de Garde - this is a darn nice beer.

The beer is clear deep amber with orange hues, has a white small head that leaves no lacing, but some curtains.
The smell is fruity and funky, raisins, spices, cumin and yeast.
Starting with slightly sweet bread, then bitter oranges, some alcohol, spices like lemongrass and fennel, lemon peel bitterness.
Medium low carbonation, fresh and slightly warm, a small body and a dry finish.
Slightly flat and small bodied, would have expected a bit "more".
