The beer pours a light amber with a white head. The aroma was very faint, but of light malt. The taste was very biscuity with a bit of floral hops in the finish. The feel was light and dry. A pretty decent beer, it didn't look all that amber, but it's got quite a bit more malt to it than CC Gold. I've been in the James Joyce quite often and had always stuck with the Smithwicks and Guiness. I think I'll probably work this one in now and then when the menu selection is appropriate.
