Draught pint at The Brass Tap in Baltimore. Concur on the "watery" feel. Otherwise, a pretty nice milk stout.

For an unabashedly un-imperial (milk) stout, this is really solid. Nice roasted malt flavor along with bitter dark chocolate and some vanilla. Mouthfeel is somewhat watery.
