4th review. Too Shandy like for me. Never rises to the fresh, fruit infused saisons of say, Allagash Violette (maine blueberries!) or Carton's.
a) Flattish, red zinger tea body with scant head and zero lace.
s) Missing much other than lemony grapefruit spritz.
t) Also spritzer like, so if like shanty and spritzer, this sais is for you.
f) Thinnish, soda watery.
o) Nice effort, but it's a pass for me. Glad I tried it because I'm fan of brewer.

A: hazy; pale red in color; 1 finger very pale pink head that receded quickly to a very thin collar; no lacing;
S: artificial raspberry with lemon;
T: raspberry is dominant with lemon way in the background; mild tartness up front that builds to moderate by the finish; lemon is much more noticeable at the end;
M: light bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: refreshing; I would have liked more lemon throughout;

Nice blast of citrus and sour to make a good combination. A sour that almost has a shandy finish. Tastes more like a grapefruit than a lemon but nice balance of the flavors.

"When the family vacation is just a memory and the fireworks have faded, there's still almost two months of summer left, and it's gonna be HOT! Cool down with a bright burst of tart berry refreshment, with just the right hop bite and a light malt base that's all beer, and 100% summer! Enjoy a burst of raspberry lemon sunshine!"
5 oz pour on tap at Lures Bar & Grille. This beer is exactly what it promises to be - no more and no less. It's slightly tart and wheaty with crisp raspberry lemon flavor. It's not complex but it doesn't have to be. Solid.
