We need more Cannon! Our Triple IPA's firm malt backbone balances the powerful hop flavor, assertive bitterness, and floral, herbaceous aromas provided by massive doses of dry hops.

Poured from the bottle into a Spiegelau IPA glass.

Deep amber body, with some nice clarity and light orange hues. Khaki to off white color top, classic at three fingers of height with lots of staying power. Settles with an ice cream dark vanilla color that looks real nice.

Real aggressive old school fronted nose. Pine and caramel with a large amount of heated sweetness. Sticky and sappy to some degree with lots of sugar like honey tones.

Palate is pretty much as expected. Pine and controlled heat, touching booze but in a very tolerable and expected way. Light sugars with a real nice honey like mouthfeel and coating that brings herbal and pine hop flavors. Diversity isn't really in the cards here, there's a touch of malt sugar but it's surprisingly not enough to cut the big hop bitterness that the brew displays.

Comes across as very East coast tasting with some added power that's very well in control.

Pours a dark gold. A little sweetness from the alcohol, along with caramel and a nice piney bitterness. Complementary flavors make this big beer go down way to easy.

12oz bottle from a bottle sampler 12 pack. Bottled on 10/14/24. Pours flat with little to no head and no lace
Just a lot of booze. Can’t taste hops. Can’t taste malt. Just booze. Drinkable boom boom juice but not much else I’m afraid

Can "Best By 6/15/24" into pint glass. Pours a murky dark honey-gold color with a brief light yellow-tan head. Decent lacing for a high-ABV IPA. Initial impression is malty sweetness, grapefruit rind, and a touch of pine bitterness. Alcohol is fairly well hidden. Mouthfeel is thick and sticky. Finish fades to slight pine bitterness. Potent, but enjoyable.

5 oz pour on draft at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow/orange color with an off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature citrus, sweet tropical fruit, moderate bitterness, and sweet caramel malt. For a 12% IPA, this is impressively well-balanced. Somewhat boozy, but that's to be expected. Not harsh, cloying, or overly alcoholic. Solid.
