Obryki's Lager
Ontap at Obryki's restaraunt and brewed or relabled for the chain. Considered an altbier or amber lager.
Pours a few shades darker than gold, small white head fizzles away and leaves a bit of lace. In the aroma, lager yeast and spent grains. In the taste, adjuncts , corn, some buttery dactyl and bready malts. Closer to an adjunct or light lager than a true alt. Light bodied feel and ample carbonation. Overall , a very average brew but has mass appeal. A cleaner lager would compliment the seafood even better, as this is average at best.
