Reviewed from notes, purchased at Bills-Lions on 11-14-10 for a mere $8.00 in the club section when everything else available was BMC or Labatts (see previous review).

A-orange-ish straw, no head and no lacing

S-corn, slightly above average Adjunct

T-ok, nothing to get too excited about. especially at this price

M-not bad, carbonation comes through

D-easy to drink several, not at $8.00, but at least the Bills won....

The beer pours a pale gold color with a thin white head that fades to lacing. The aroma is decent. It has a grainy pilsner malt scent along with a light hop aroma. The taste is decent as well. It has a light malt flavor that goes down fairly easy and finishes dry with a bit of hop character. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a low bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is an average lager. It's not particularly flavorful and the aroma is nothing to write home about. I won't be seeking this one out any time soon.

I found this offering in a snowbank at a St. Patty's party this weekend.

Poured a nice straw color, with minimal bubbles lacing my cup. No head to spek of here.
Slightly malty aroma, with hints of rock candy.

Tasted slightly sweet and grainy, yet well balanced with malt and hops resulting in an my inability to discern any noticable hop taste. Fisished dry, and crisp.

Light bodied, and refreshing. It was an easy drinker.

Nothing really jumped out about this beer, it was average. If offered this beer again I would drink it.

Found this in bottles at Premier Gourmet. Pours medium golden. Thin head with no retention, and no lace to speak of. Smell is light. Some malt, and a grassy hop sent are barley there.Body is thin with a bit of carbionation. Taste is of ginger, with a honey finish. Not my favorite style, but good for what it is.

Actually brewed by Flying Bison for the Buffalo Brewpub and soon to come out in bottles.Poured a clear medium golden with a thinner white head, aromas are mainly toasted grain and a touch of heral hop but its light..A very sturdy lager beer nice medium to full mouthfeel grainy and lightly sweet a touch of lemon over top of toasted grain.A well built lager with enough flavor to ask for more, well made a real summer quaffer.

Golden clear pour with sticking dripping lace appearance.

Clean pilsner-esque nose.

First swigs: Grain and clean with a slight ginger ale sort of hay grass and honey ease.

Feel is crisp and quaffable with little aftertaste.

Last swigs: Strange that the BEST beer of their five offered on tap was a lager above the other choices of Stout, Pale, Amber and Dark.

$4.50 for their 5 x sampler size.
