Pours pale orange yellow with an aroma of spicy flowers and tart fruit. I'm not able to fully tell what type of fruit but mild pineapple and coconut hit the nose. Taste is extremely sour, too much for my own liking but quite ascerbic. Quite different.

First experience with a beer from Tennessee
o- outstanding- in fact, one of the most unique brews I've ever had the pleasure of tasting; key lime pie immediately comes to mind upon getting into the profile; happy to have tried it!

Batch 4 (2018) poured into an ETF tulip glass. A hazy golden color with a slight pinkish hue. Large white head that stayed for a while before settling into a nice cap. The aroma was different every time I checked, with varying hints of Brett funk, flowers, coconut, black pepper, and prickly pear fruit. The coconut led the way on the taste but it was restrained, allowing other flavors to pop in. An earthy, slightly fruity aspect from the tea was there, along with spicy peppercorn. The Brett funk was also there, along with a mild tartness; mainly funk. Dry, clean finish. Damn this is an outstanding and interesting beer.

Had this at Yazoo Funk Fest 2016. Tons of coconut on the nose, smells like a pina colada for sure. Finish is very dry, I thought this beer was one of the best at the festival. Highly recommend.
