Saison de Bois Our house Saison brewed with Pilsner, Oats and Rye malts aged in 20 year old French Oak Bordeaux Red Wine Puncheon casks with mixed cultures of lactobacillus, pediococcus and brettanomyces. Dry hopped with experimental hop #06297 to add lupulin aromas/flavors of plum, blueberry, pluot and grapefruit.
