This ESB did pull a deep golden color with a pure white head, lacing was in faint rings. Very fresh hoppy aroma, healthy was all I could think of and very inviting. Good malt base as usual with some subtle hop notes. Smooth and drinkable despite it's rich mouthfeel. I wish all U.S. micro breweries devoted more time to cask ale. There is nothing like it.
