Growler purchased at Ice Harbor's brewpub in Kennewick, WA.
Poured an orangy copper color, with a fairly good sized beige head. Rings of lace left on the sides of my EWU pintglass.
The smell is of piney hops and bready malts, with the hops the more dominant partner. Smells like a hopcentric, PNW ESB.
The taste is pretty similar to the smell. This is a piney, hoppy beer with a big, bready backbone. While the hops are fairly large here, it's not to IPA proportions, plus the malts are out in force as well, maybe not enough to take too much spotlight from the hops, but enough that they are a near equal partner.
This has a tingly, oily mouthfeel, and is fairly medium bodied.
This made a nice session beer at the brewpub, and it makes one now after work. Not a truly fantastic beer, but a nice one to grab a few pints of, which can only be done via growler or on-tap.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
