Served on tap in a cylindrical glass at Thirsty Bear Brewing.
A: Pours a slightly hazy, golden (brass-like) color with a minimum white head, no retention or lacing.
S: Tart. Aromas of lemon and lacto predominate.
T: Tart. Flavors akin to nose, but with the addition of spices like cardamom >> cloves, as well as some leather and barnyard notes.
M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation.
O: Solid, rather authentic saison.
