A - Slightly hazy reddish copper colour with 2cm off white head that falls away fairly quickly.
S - Sweetish stewed dark fruit character initially with some slight vinegar hints & oaky touches.
T - Dark fruit character up front in the taste as well as a subtle sourness. Smooth oak comes through nicely.
M - Lighter side of medium body, fairly high carbonation which combines nicely with some tartness to prickle on the tongue.
D - Such a different yet approchable beer from this great Australian microbrewery. Not as full on as some of the classics of this style which isn't a bad thing.
