A - Poured a cloudy, dark amber or burgundy color. It had a small, thin, off-white head (probably because it sat for awhile before being served). It left some thin, soapy trails of lace.
S - Certainly a malt forward aroma. Burnt toast note and some grassy/earthy hops.
T - Very malty, biscuity sweet caramel malt. Light hop character adds some bitterness.
M - It was crisp and yet very smooth. A light to medium-bodied ale.
D - This is an easy drinking ESB. It could see having several of these in one sitting.

Other than the brewmaster, mine was the first mug poured today. This is the first ESB he's produced, so that's always cool to be the beer guinea pig.
Pours a hazy dark amber clor with a thin off white head. Poor retention and some lacing.
Nice aroma. Some really nice subdued hops that are almost citrusy. Pretty malt dominant though with some grain and bread.
Nice tast, malt dominate for sure. Taste of grain and cerel with some hay like features. Hops are almost citrusy again and just really nice. I really dig it.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a good carbonation tingle.
Drinkability is high. Alcohol is presumeably low and flavor is pretty nice making for a nice sessionable brew.
