I think it was a good idea to make a beer that’d be a mix with some aspects of cider. The result is quite convincing. High carbonation of cider but the taste of apple is really discrete, only in the aftertaste. It’s made with salted water, like all the morbraz brewery’s beers, but you can’t really taste it…Really good drinkability, I could go for some more…Sweet. Nice. A good beer!
