On hand pump at the firkin rendevous (Phamtom Canyon), feb 06.
I didn't like the sound of this but...
Pours hazy straw coloredwitha 3 fingers plus white head. Nice lacing & head retention
Smell: Sweetness, hay & apple skins
Taste: Apples & crsipness. Tastes like cider to me, really crisp finish
MF: Light & effervescent, good carbonation
Not one I'd want a bunch of, I believe this would sell well in the hot colorado summer. are you listening guys??
