Pours a clear orangish yellow with a thick off white head that falls away immediately. No lacing. Aroma is faint and muted. Flavor is sour, very little pear or malt. Feel is thin bodied. Overall disappointing, wasn't expecting a sour beer.

This brew is a completely clear deep amber liquid from a can. There isn’t really a head, and the aroma is notably of fresh pear. I get more pear skin than flesh, the beer itself is mostly dry, with a bit of malt and more fruit. Well executed fruit ale.

12oz can poured into Duvel tulip. 05/13/2019 printed on bottom. Got it from the grocery store as part of a $10 sixer mixer.
Appearance - Big off white head with low-medium retention, weak to no lacing. Clear medium to medium-deep gold body with tons of fine floaters. Not quite to the point of haziness but close. 3.5
Smell - Musky, almost dusty, dry, and alcoholic. Subdued, mostly. Very faint pears sweetness underneath it all barely detectable with a deep sniff. Is easier to smell as the beer warms. 3
Taste - Bitter. Cider. Sour. Mostly sour, like a gueuze . 4.5
Mouthfeel - Medium to medium-heavy bodied. Crisp finish. Doesn't linger much. 4
Overall - Crisp, clean, refreshing, with great sour qualities. Very sessionable too. 4.5
