Brown color but light passes through the center of the glass easily. Clear. Good starting head but it completely fades. Little lace.

Smell: Darker chocolate malt nose, perhaps some raw barley thrown in. Rich.

Darker malts dominate the flavor. High carbonation with a neutral body. There's a chocolate flavor that shows up slowly and briefly. Lingering white-bread toast aftertaste.

From the bottle, it pours a nice clear brown with a small head, dissipating rapidly. The nose is pleasantly enticed with rich roasted malts. The mouth follows the nose, with a nice taste of roasted malts followed by an equally pleasant mouthfeel.
