From the 12 fl. oz bottle that was bottled 06/24/16. Sampled on July 23, 2016. I added this beer but was not sure what style to give to it.
The pour is a very straw colored pale yellow with a lasting white head. Good clarity.
The aroma is mellow and subtle but I pick up some sour characters along with maybe some vegetable oil (unfortunately). A little citrus or more precisely lemon zest.
The body is light.
The taste is fairly toasted bread forward and then quickly followed by a sour/tart character enhanced by cantaloupe. Clean finish that does not linger.
