On draft at Pumpjack in Vancouver. Quite good for a lower abv, drinkable session beer. Nothing unusual here, not especially flavorful or bitter or striking. Will definitely try again.

Super hazy orange, white head, good retention, ok lace
Smells like orange and overripe pineapple
Pine and grapefruit, a bit of orange and pineapple,
Medium bodied with appropriate carbonation, astringent
Would be a lot better if it weren't for the astringency

What's not to like? A tasty, satisfying sub 5% IPA. Maybe not quite as delicious of the top tier strong IPAs out there (I love 'em), but flavorful and fun to drink.

12oz. can served in a tulip nonic. Pours a dull, milky orange with a loose, 1/8th inch, off-white head that quickly dissipates towards the edges. Clarity is hazy. Nose expresses a hints of citrus, pith and herbal notes. Taste consistent with nose. Mouthfeel is light in body with an assertive carbonation and a mild acidity. Overall, a bit lackluster.

Poured from the tall boi into a pint glass.
Pours a hazy bright golden color with a finger of sudsy white head. The head leaves a crown of lacing before settling into a thin sheet.
The aroma brings notes of grapefruit and lemon, with plenty of bready malt and spicy pine on the back.
The flavor is citrusy up front, bringing notes of grapefruit, lemon and tangerines. The sweet, doughy malt comes through in the middle before a piney finish. Not bad at all.
The feel is medium-light bodied with pretty good carbonation. Very crisp with a dry finish.
Overall, this is a very good session IPA. It's wonderfully balanced between the sweeter citrus notes and pine, and has a nice malt backbone. Incredibly drinkable without sacrificing flavor.
