Poured a nice amber hue with a one finger foamy head. There was good retention and sticky lacing.
The smell was strong in both grainy malt sweetness and citrisy, estery hop.
The taste was strong, yet balanced. A solid malty sweet beginning which finished with a spicy hop bitterness. Good biscuity aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was full and finished on the dry side.
Overall a very enjoyable and interestingly hoppy red ale.
