An IPA based on some particularly onion-y hops, and using onions at every stage of brewing: sweet onions in the mash, caramelized onions in the boil, and raw red onions with the dry hops to maximize depth of flavor and tear-inducing aroma.

Had to try at EBF.
Looks like an IPA. Golden with bit of copper tint.
Aroma is green onion and hint of citrus hops.
Flavor is all layers of onions. I could not drink a full pour of this, but it is what it is and this was expected. Would be good for cooking. Definitely fits in with the EBF theme.
