Description:
This kettle soured ale is brewed with hibiscus leaf and then infused with gin botanicals, both of which have been used for their healing powers for centuries. The body is light and refreshing, the beer finishes with a nice tartness from the lactobacillus, and the dry hop addition of Nelson and Blanc hops gives a pleasant gooseberry/white wine aroma. Being over 8 % ABV, if this tonic doesn’t cure what ails you at least it will get you drunk.
