Undated can into pint glass. (Wish they'd date their cans...). Pours a hazy burnt amber with a light amber head. Initial impression is fairly juicy citrus (orange, grapefruit, mango, etc), a little pine, and a slight caramel undertone. Mouthfeel is medium - not sticky, but has some substance to it. Alcohol is pretty well hidden. Finish is citrus fading to a resinous bitterness on the back of the tongue. A good but not exceptional NEIPA. Quite drinkable.

A: Pours an orange-yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap that leaves good lacing
S: Lots of citrus up front along with some light pine and earthy notes. Some floral tones in there as well
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a mix of citrus and piney hops that lend a moderate bitterness. Some lighter floral notes and some bready tones in there as well. Finishes with lingering light bitterness and citrus
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. On the softer side
O: A solid DIPA that is easy to drink. Nothing too special, though

16 oz into stemless wine glass. Dated 4/12/19.
Look is nice hazy medium dark yellow. Smell is tropical fruit and a little pine. Taste is sweet tropical fruit and stays sweet through out. Feel is medium. Overall, very nice NE DIPA. Little boozy end as it warms. Would drink again if they do it again.

At first taste, was not too bad. However, as it went on, it got worse. I made the mistake of having it after a good beer so I may have to try it again to make sure I'm not being unfair. Too much malt, not hoppy enough and not even has flavorful as blaze in my opinion. Back to the drawing board long trail.

16 oz can dated 10/24/18 sent from tasterschoice62 thanks man! Served at about 42 degrees.
Poured into SN spiegl glass.
Nice hazy juicy appearance with a tall fluffy 3 finger head with tons of lace destroying the glass.
Nose of oranges, honey graham, mango, pineapple, and perfume.
Flavor brings forth both juiciness and bitterness at the same time. It has a good mango presence and a heavy dose of pine, they're about 50/50. Slight orange rind. A heavy perfume aspect creeps in, with more pine and grass, and it all comes full circle with the resiny bitterness.
Feel is creamy and resiny at the same time. Nice bite.
Overall a really good bridge between Alchemist's face melting fresh hops and modern juicy IPA. If you're thinking about trying the New England Style juice bombs but are still stuck on west coast or Alchemist and are afraid it's going to be too succulent for you, this is an absolutely amazing beer to transition with.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Long Ridge Wine & Spirits in Plymouth, MA for nine dollars (!). Have had many brews from these guys before, mixed results. This is a miss for me, undistinguished taste, too boozy.

The appearance is opaque glowing golden orange like your typical NEIPA, with a creamy white head that leaves lots of streaky lacing.
The aroma is sour white grapefruit, vibrant grapefruit and orange zest, ripe peach and apricot, pineapple, mango, honeydew and cantaloupe, pine, and a hint of green onion.
The taste is tons of juicy grapefruit and orange, bitter white grapefruit throughout, the pith and zest and juice and oil and peel and bitterness. Sweet peach and apricot and melon notes in the middle, ripe and juicy and tantalizing. Creamy and soft doughy malt in the middle. Finishes with some pine and green onion snappiness, with a refreshing moderate bitterness that lingers of pure grapefruit essence.
The feel is medium-plus, well carbonated, creamy and soft, and lightly dry, with some coating hop oils.
Overall, a fantastic DIPA. This is what I consider an ideal DIPA.
