Brewed with green tea and Galaxy hops then fermented with Brett and wild yeast cultivated from the SCOBY mother from Vermont’s Aqua ViTea Kombucha. Fermented in a fresh Sauvignon Blanc barrel and dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Styrian Dragon hops.
