From the bottle, it pours a hazy light amber with a nice white head that slowly diminishes and leaves lacing. In the nose, it is piney hops, in the mouth, the same - easy drinking, light on alcohol, but not light on flavor - nice!

A: Pours a yellow-orange color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap that leaves good lacing

S: Citrus and earthy hops up front. A little on the dank side. Good malt balance

T: Starts off with a mix of citrusy, dank, and earthy hops and then picks up some malt and woody undertones. Finishes with the woody undertones and light bitterness

M: Light-medium bodied with some prickly carbonation

O: This one is a bit all over the place. Easy enough to drink. Very take it or leave it

This one pours a light and slightly hazy straw yellow color, with a small head, and not much lacing.

This smells like citric rind, perfumey and floral hops, malt, and pine.

This suffers from the same problems that a lot of session IPAs have - it's really thin tasting and watery, and overly bitter and astringent. It's not offensive, it just feels halfway finished - there needs to be some substantial backbone there.

This is very light bodied and very drinkable, with a nice crispness.

I've liked some of Long Trail's newer IPAs, but this doesn't do a ton for me.

Drinking out a glass tumbler - probably appropriate.
Light straw color. Somewhat hazy.
Very light head.
Faint hoppy smell.
Tastes like a generic mid-level ale. A slight bit of bitterness and a slight citrusy flavor.
Refreshing for a hot afternoon, but not a great drink.

Bottle.

A clear light orange with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is bright, perfumey, floral and faintly soapy. Mild pine and peach notes are present. The palate opens light and crisp, bright and airy, with mild and bright bitterness, with citrus zest, mild citrus pith and a little pine. Mild floral and perfume notes follow. Bone dry with minimal malt character, this is particularly light on the palate, and the high carbonation amplifies the lightness and lend a mild mineral bite to the hops. Mild bitterness lingers into the finish, along with a light hop fruitiness. Solid.
