Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a lightly hazed golden-orange color with a small head of white foam. The head fades rather fast, leaving but a trace level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a citrus and tropical fruit smell of tangerine, orange, pineapple, mango, and papaya. Along with these aromas comes a little bit of grapefruit and some light notes of peach and apricot.
Taste – The taste begins with a bready and fruit filled flavor with a good showing of tangerine and orange, paired with some of the peach, mango, and papaya that were also in the nose. There is also a little bit of an herbal and floral flavor, which start out very light and increase slightly throughout the taste. All the while the breadiness fades a tad, all while notes of yeast and some hay come to the tongue, leaving one with a rather juicy taste to linger.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is slightly more thick and chewy with a more moderate carbonation level.
Overall – A pretty easy drinking and flavorful hazy IPA. Not the best, but certainly enjoyable.

Can into Nonic Pint (canned 12/04/25)
Look: Hazy golden yellow, pouring shy of a 1 finger, frothy head which quickly dissipated into a thin ring.
Smell: Pine, lightly sweet tropical fruits and citrus. Biscuity malt in the background. Weak nose
Taste: Similar to nose. Base of biscuity malt with pine and sweet pineapple, grapefruit and lemon. Light bitterness. Finish is really mellow with that malt really coming through and a nice pineapple orange flavor
Feel: Light-med body, mod-gentle carbonation. Soft texture and a dry finish
Overall: Good brew. Relatively simple but I like the flavor combinations

Deep orange almost amber pour with a nice pillow of lacing foam. Nose steers toward pine but the flavor is more diverse. Tropical fruit, citrus and yes, pine are all part of the experience. Good, solid IPA that serves as a great reward after a day on the slopes.

A solid hazy. I don't know why it has less impact on me than their VT IPA...maybe it's the fact the VT IPA has oats, giving it a fuller mouthfeel. This one has an emptiness between the hops and the alcohol, if I can be slightly obtuse, and it brings the bitterness out with focus. It's a good pour, for sure, but looks better than it tastes. The Long Trail mix pack has this and I'm always glad--it's a counterweight to the others--and so I still give this good marks overall.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a pint glass; no decipherable date. Pours mango yellow with plenty of foam head that rapidly recedes; great lacing. Tastes of mango, pineapple, and citrus. Good bitter hops coupled with nice sweetness. Really good.

Crisp clear look. Good head. Smell of pine and juniper on the nose with light citrus too. Pleasant bite. Light bodied, easy drinking.
