On cask during Cask Days 2013. A saison brewed with Brett.
Beer is cloudy golden-orange in colour. Small white head.
There is a big Brett smell from the beer. Tart cherry, dry funky yeast. Light fruits and citrus (orange).
Flavour contains tart cherry and dry funk. Some spice. Citrus. Quite nice. The Brett is a good addition to what I assume is something approximating (if not identical to) the No Chance with Miranda recipe.
Medium bodied, low to moderate carbonation level. Slightly puckery.
Overall. quite tasty. I like this better than No Chance With Miranda.
