A cask for the monthly brewery get-together club. Grapefruit colour, a little white head. Honey with an unnamed Belgian yeast. Some lace dots as I drink it, seems a little boozy. Spices from the yeast alone, and honey bulking it up and leaving a drying finish. A ittle yeasty.
