This farmhouse ale pours a golden/yellow thats hazy with lots of white head. Tastes of slight lemon, with spices and the peppercorn coming through on the finish. Good mouthfeel and this is a good attempt at an ale like this. Really wish more imagination like this would come out of Ontario. Hopefully its the start of something.

Beer is a cloudy yellow/orange. Smallish white head fades quickly.
Lots of spice in the nose. Cardamom, red peppercorn, rosemary, sage. Some light fruit as well.
Taste is also spice filled. Cardamom, rosemary, pepper and sage. Yeast. Light fruit, slightly tropical. Fairly dry. The beer is supposed to be smoked but I don't get much in the way of smoke.
Light bodied, high carbonation. Crisp.
Overall, pretty good. It grew on me as I drank.

Everitt Brick Works event. Part II of this will come out of Amsterdam and be on tap throughout the city during beer week. Big sage, cardemon, pepper, thyme. Good drinkability, though bold flavour. I got some oregeno as well. Big bubbly head on bright yellow.
