Had this on tap at Au Trappiste, Paris, March 2006...

Poured a light golden copper colour... Slightly off white head poured thick and foamy and faded to nice layer...

Aroma - Spicy, strong caramel maltiness, bready, peppery hops notes, nice fruitiness...

Taste – Strong spicy hop bitterness, fruity (burnt orange), caramel / toffee notes strong, light sweetness, floral hints...

Feel - Quite sharp and dry. Medium body. Pretty drinkable...

Overall - An excellent beer. Recommended !!

A nice foamy head on a golden copper color. Sweetness, peaches and yeast in the smell. The taste is of sweet peaches and yeast. The beer's very fruity, with a light and interesting liquorish aspect. Little hops. A dry finish. Refreshing, and very enjoyable.
