A mahogany copper color, with a fine head. Red fruits, wood and spices in the smell. Coarse but fruity and sweet taste. Red fruits abound: blueberries and rasperries. Some hints of grapes, with some wine aspects. A complex long-lasting citric and hoppy mouthfeel. The flowery hops take time to come in the taste, but the beer stays fruity. More complex, and a bit less drinkable than the other beers of this brewpub, it is still very nice.
