On-tap at the Pigeon Forge location, in a frosty mug
A: Because of the frosty mug, difficult to make out. Reddish, certainly, and with a decent head, but that disappears quickly.
S: Lots of raspberry, not much wheat. Enticing.
T: Raspberry tastes very sweet at first, especially coming off of the pale ale, but settles down into a fruity tang that suits the beer nicely.
M: Carbonated and very cold (because it was in a frosty mug). I wonder if this beer would hold up at a warmer, more typical temperature.
O: Very good, very tasty, but in the unique circumstance of being in a frosty mug.
