This "beer" has a pale gold body with alot of particles floating around, and a white creamy haze of head. Thin lacing. The smell is impressive, with an intense muscat grape aroma that can be smelled from a foot away.
The taste is muscat grapes over dusty, floury grains. The aftertaste reminds of wine--but a light hop bitterness arrives as well which saves it. Not too sweet, good flavor.
I prefer this "Angel's Dew" over the other one offered by the Otaru Winery. It's far more interesting.
