On tap at Great Dane Eastside...likely brewed at the Hilldale location.
A=Slightly darker golden color with modest white head.
S=Bread or biscuit.
T=Much more flavorful than a traditional pilsener--a bit sweet, with caramel, molasses and spice...some herbal and fruty characteristics.
F=A bit heavier than Miller Lite pilsener.
O=If this is indeed a light/lower calorie beer, this is the best of that class...I suspect that "Pilot Light" refers to the light in a furnace vs. the calorie count, but this is an exceptionally flavoful pilsener...might be the best lager that Great Dane has ever brewed.
