12oz bottle (thanks to this crazy little virus) poured into an American pint glass .
L- 1finger of creamy white head, fades fast into a lite lace and white cap .
Hazy pale straw-lemon color .

S- banana, clove, yeasty bread, grass with a hint of pepper .

T- banana, melon, heavy wheat bread finishes with clove spice and yeast .

F- low carbonation (almost none) mild tingling on the tongue, dry in the throat with a peppery bite.

O A- A very good representation of this type of beer style, hef's have long been a favorite of mine and this is one of the best I've had in a long time.

Had on tap at Brown's in Troy, NY

A- Pale Golden straw color. A touch of head that disappears quickly. Little bits of lacing drip around the glass.

S- Smells of fresh baked banana nut bread! Love it! Spicy clove, cinnamon and pepper. A wonderful fresh bready yeasty smell.

T- Really tasty! Taste is exactally the same as the smell. Really bready, yeasty, and full of banana nut bread flavor.

M- Fresh, crisp and light. Perfect brew for laying around on a sunny day.

O- A damn fine brew from one of my locals. Everything you want in a Hefe-Weizen and then some. Crisp, clean, banana/clove perfection! Like Banana nut bread in a glass!

22oz bottle purchased for ~$4 at the brewery. Poured into a weissbier glass.

Appearance - Golden orange with areas of yellow. Hazy, but not cloudy. Nice head that recedes to a thin sudsy cap. Leaves some lacing. Not the most vibrant looking wheat beer, but decent.

Smell - Banana taffy, bread, and a subtle touch of clove. Leans more towards the banana flavor.

Taste - Banana up front that mixes nicely with mellow spice. The wheat backbone comes to the forefront and balances out the sweetness midway through. Finish is short and sweet. No bitterness present. Everything happens real quick. Simple and refreshing.

Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with a slick mouthfeel. Possibly a bit heavy for my tastes, but not bad.

Drinkability - This goes down nice and smooth. Decently refreshing and definitely easy drinking. Leans towards the sweet side of things, so if that is how you like your wheat beer, give it a try. A good quaffable summer seasonal.

Had on tap the restaurant

Appearance: gold in color, no head, hazy

Smell: banana, wheat, and clove

Taste: bananas, clove, lemon, and wheat

Mouthfeel: light bodied, moderate carbonation, slightly sweet

Drinkability: A nice and smooth representation of the style. Nothing too over the top, but still a beer I want to come back to. A solid offering.
