Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a slightly hazed caramel coloring with a filmy, sparse white coating of head. Nose of sweet toffee and toasted biscuit. Flavors are rich toffee in the backbone with a roasty overtone and peppered hops presence to clean the palate. Sweet and bitter aftertaste. Very balanced beer. Tangy sweet finish.
