Best before date: 28 / 01 / 2010. Served in a Pokal. Served cold.
Appearance: Pours a clear light lemon-yellow brew, raising a white head that holds very well throughout. Good lacing aswell. Medium to medium high perceived effervescence.
Smell: Nose is of mild strength with notes of sweet corn (I know, i know Reinheitsgebot), fresh grass, citrus zest and slight floral hops on the back.
Taste: Mild and balanced profile of pale malts, citrus zest and some herbal character from the hops.
Palate: Medium-light to light bodied. Low to medium low bitterness. Finishes dry with a short zesty orange finish.
Drinkability: Well, like most lagers it is 'drinkable' in the broadest sense of the word. It's also very balanced and delicate. It should pair well with light salads. Not particularly remarkable, but interesting nonetheless.

This keller bier produces vast amounts of bright white head and has a hazy orangish and silver color.
Aromas I detect are lemon and a slight herbal fragrance.
The taste is lemony as well.
This brew is wet to the palate and very smooth. There is a lot of carbonation, which gives this beer a slight bite.
